Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made to Merocoro AI are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

2. Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• You may cancel at any time
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges
• Billing errors
• Technical failure that prevents core functionality

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
